  Absolutely horrible service . I had been waiting in the drive-through line for 10 minutes and Was not even halfway up to the window . Then no price for our order at screen where they take the order. When the lady handed us the coffee from the window she was extremely rude never said thank you or nothing then my husband ordered a original roast 4x4 and I ordered a dark roast 4x4 my husband revived a dark roast and to boot not one of the coffees were stirred figures this tim Horton is just as bad as all 3 in Strathroy.

  Tim Hortons is a great place but can be at times a long wait & most importantly is they tend to mix up orders a lot. My husband is extremely allergic to cream so he asks for milk in his coffees, have the time the employee's either don't listen or forget & put cream in & then my husband has to rush to the hospital after 1 sip. I think it be best to start to have the employee's ask again what the order is & what goes into the drinks if they forget what the order was, that way you will get less angry customers.
